Description
We send transactional SMS messages to customers who request a quote or schedule service, including: appointment confirmation, measurement and installation reminders, order status updates, and a link to the quote.
How to opt in
Customers provide consent by checking an unchecked checkbox on our website quote form with the following text:
"I agree to receive SMS messages from DSL Window Coverings about my quote, appointment, and order status. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
Sample message
"DSL Window Coverings: Hi [Name], your installation is scheduled for [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out."
